The staff were excellent! The food in the restaurant was delicious and the coffee was excellent. The room was warm and the bed linen was very comfy. The extra small pillow was perfect. The rooms were nicely maintained and cozy. The decor was light and bright. The staff were friendly. The food and wine in the restaurant were fantastic. The assortment of food for breakfast was awesome.

The hotel staff were confused about their own policies re: pricing. I booked through Booked.net at the rate of 30 euro. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that this price had been a mistake, and that the stay would be twice that amount (i.e. 30 euro per person, not 30 euro total). We agreed to the 60 euro rate. The next morning, we were initially charged in Hungarian forint a rate that equalled about 80 euro. After debate and much consternation, a second staff member honoured the initial Booked.net price. The whole incident left bad impression of the hotel, despite the fact that the accommodation itself was fine.

Hotel with nice designed and equipped rooms. Very good beds and very clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Helpfull staff.

Check-out is at 10:00 even in de week-ends. Selection of english language channels a bit poor.
